The InForm Fitness centers practice the Power of 10, which is a revolutionary workout that takes no more than 20-30 minutes and only is required once a week. Although this flies in the face of conventional ‘wisdom’ there is solid research and client successes that proves this is the ultimate exercise no matter what your goals. The exercise is safe and efficient. The results are the proof that this is the only exercise you will need. The philosophy includes recommended rest in between sessions and a healthy diet.
