Neil has 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and has spent the last decade specializing in High Intensity Training (HIT), having worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 8 – 90+. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as a Sports Conditioning Specialist by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He is also certified in Adult CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) by the American Heart Association. A lover of martial arts, Neil is a longtime practitioner of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Filipino Kali, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Neil is continually up to date on the latest science on exercise and nutrition. He believes the combination of strength training and proper nutrition is the closest thing there is to the “fountain of youth.”
