
Mike Rogers is a graduate of the University of Delaware. He is a certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Exercise (ACE) and the Power of 10. He has also been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and completed coursework and numerous seminars in Human Physiology, Biomechanics, Prenatal/Postpartum Training and Integrated Stretching. He has trained with professional coaches in golf, tennis, swimming, biking, running, and soccer.
Rogers has been training at Inform Fitness since 2003 and has acted as the General Manager for the New York City location since 2011. In that time, he has worked with over 1500 different clients. He specializes in strength training and counseling for weight loss, pain management, post-rehabilitation after surgery, bone-density, athletic performance, golf fitness and pregnancy.
Rogers stays ahead with all new advancements in exercise and nutrition science. He thrives on connecting with people and has relentless energy for helping his clients achieve all of their health and fitness goals.
