With a passion for fitness from a young age, Jay started exploring strength training even before high school. A buff graduating Senior, Jay went on to pursue a Diploma in Personal Training and a Certificate in Nutrition from the National Personal Training Institute. Soon after he set out on his noble career, Jay met his wife, Joriana. As life got better, it grew more demanding too. Jay discovered that working out his typical three to five times per week was impossible to sustain, not to mention the injuries he was nursing. What was true for him, was true for his Clients too. Jay was referred to InForm Fitness and the more Jay learned about the principles of high-intensity strength training, the more dedicated he became to learning more. So, now he’s one of us! Here, he is most happy helping others reach their health and fitness goals, most efficiently, but also safely. On the weekends, Jay enjoys hiking, playing football, and dragging his wife to baseball games. Any time left is spent mapping out his plans to travel the world with his beautiful wife (and outdoing his colleagues on the leg press).
