Jack Morer is a graduate of the University of Miami, Fl. He is a certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Exercise (ACE) and the Power of 10 and is recognized by the American College of Exercise as a Senior Fitness Specialist. He is also certified in Adult CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) by the American Heart Association. He has trained extensively in Okinawan Karate (Goju Ryu), is an avid cyclist and has kept an active yoga practice for 20 years.
Jack has been a professional musician his entire life and, among many other accomplishments, is a former Sony recording artist, has toured North America and Europe extensively, and has played in the orchestras of over 30 Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. Along with a lifetime of playing sports, Jack has found that the only way to maintain the rigors and repetitive stress injuries of being a musician is through a well balanced exercise regiment and proper nutrition. Taking the knowledge of his own experience, Jack’s fulfilled his other passion to become a personal trainer with a desire to help people stay strong, look their best, manage chronic physical issues and maintain their weight, especially as they age.
