Dan is an ACE as well as Power-of-Ten certified personal trainer on top of having been a New York State licensed EMT. He has been working as a trainer at the New York City facility since 2013, in that time training a wide variety of clients ranging from their teens to their eighties tailoring every workout to the goals, limitations and concerns of each individual client.
Dan was introduced to Adam and The Power-of-Ten in 2009 while working as Adams accountant. Over the years he developed a passion for exercise and nutrition getting involved in various exercise activities and techniques including Olympic lifting, Crossfit, P90X, and distance running. This passion for exercise ultimately lead him to leave his accounting career for a new one in fitness.
Having made dramatic changes with his own lifestyle and career, Dan knows about the apprehension and concern that comes with trying anything new, and wants to do everything and anything in his power to help you come up with a plan to reach your goals.
