While we believe that anyone, at any age can and should do the Power of 10 regimen, we recognize that this might not be for you. So, let’s get down to the hardcore decision making process.
We hear a lot of the same complaints about traditional workout and exercise routines, discouraging people from getting the exercise they need:
1. I simply don’t have the time.
Our program requires a commitment of once a week for 20 minutes. That’s it. We are pretty sure that you can manage that.
2. I don’t like to exercise.
Fair enough, but if you dig a little deeper the reason you probably don’t like to exercise is because of the long, arduous and uncomfortable programs you’ve been burned by in the past. Once you’ve tried InForm, even if you still don’t like the exercise itself, we’re confident that you will suffer through the 20-minutes once a week when you see and feel the results.
3. I don’t know where to begin or if I am doing things properly.

4. I find the gym atmosphere unpleasant.

5. I am not trying to be an exhibitionist when I work out.

6. I don’t want to start yet another program I won’t stick with.
