Founded in 1997, InForm Fitness Studios uses high-intensity training (HIT) principles to help clients achieve optimum fitness in as little as 20 minutes a week. InForm's Power of 10 workout, based on the book written by founder Adam Zickerman, emphasizes resistance training as the foundation of physical conditioning. Super-slow, continuous motion eliminates momentum and maximizes efficiency, making the workout safe for people at all ages, at any stage of fitness.

The Power of 10 technique improves on the HIT workouts developed by Dr. Arthur Jones in the 1970s. A former student of SuperSlow founder Ken Hutchins, Zickerman helps clients achieve muscle failure through controlled motions that remove the risk of injury. The Power of 10 lifestyle enhances Hutchins' exercise technique by pairing the workout with nutrition, rest and recovery for total fitness.

Each InForm Fitness facility provides one-on-one training with instructors certified in the Power of 10 technique. All locations offer a cool, quiet environment equipped with machines specially designed for Zickerman's workout method.
